In my 14 year of brokering and running website businesses one thing has become very clear; the difference between OK companies and great companies is almost always the quality of the people.
Most of the business books, articles or interviews that I have ever read and admired always had a common thread, there was or is always a heavy emphasis on the importance of the people who work for the company. The employees are the primary engine that make a business great – one with a focus on excellence, constant evolution and autonomy.
